We are thrilled to have been awarded an Explore and Test grant from the Paul Hamlyn Foundation, to develop our work with young people. We will launch a major project for 16-21 year olds in Leeds, Future Radicals. This brand new collective will collaborate with ground-breaking international artists and create bold performance led by their ideas, creativity and politics.

Inspired by international youth theatre practice, the programme will empower young people to be artists in their own right. At the same time, it will equip Transform with an in depth understanding of how to shape the most meaningful projects for young people that we possibly can long-term. It will also support our mission to develop the next generation of bold performance makers in the North.

Future Radicals will culminate in a micro-festival as part of Transform 19.  The project is also supported by Leeds Inspired and involves citywide partners.

We are currently recruiting for two new freelance roles to support the project, find out more here. We will also shortly launch the recruitment process for the collective.

Look out for more details soon or email to find out more.
